Granny's gone and done it again

Verna! Don't remember if I said Merry Christmas to you! If I didn't, Merry Christmas, If I did...well, Merry Christmas again.

Sorry to hear about the foot pain Granny. RA has deformed my toes. I also have Metatarsus Aductus, meaning the bones in my feet curve inwards, plus I have plantar Fasciitis. Foot pain is a special breed of beast. Just asked DH to massage my right foot as the top is aching. When you need to walk, have to walk, depend on your feet to walk and they hurt when you do walk on them, it ain't fun.:hugs

Granny, have you ever tried Voltaren gel or Solonpas lotion with lidocaine? @penny1960 turned me on to the lidocaine rubs and my rheumatologist recommended the Voltaren for me. Voltaren is a rub on form of NSAID/ibuprofen. It really helps my feet and shoulders when they are bothering me.

I think the Voltaren comes in a generic form now and is OTC. The name brand is a bit cashy but you can find the generic on Amazon for 15.95.

Feel better.

the pain clinic had a specialty pharmacy make me up a rub w/ 3 or 4 different things in it like the numbing meds and nerotin but they wont make it anymore.
My surgeon I am sure was drunk that morning. He said a yr later when I insisted on xrays that it was a failed surgery. He didnt even take the spurs off. Because he used anchors instead of screws no other surgeon will touch it.

That's 3 strikes! :smack
He was a piece of work no doubt. I remember mom went shopping and I was in my room and he opened my door to see me sitting there in my bra and he stood there for a min then walked out the opened the door again and just stood there staring at me. I had a wooden hair brush in my hand and he ended up w/ 3 stitches across his forehead. I never said a word to mom about it.

My Orpingtons were so heavy they broke stick roosts... So, I now use a broomstick! :gig My legbar girl sure loves it.
