No worries. Remember when my batch of fudge didn't turn out as I'd hoped? I was determined to do better so I made another batch on a clear, warm, sunny dsy... and it was worse! So I now have something like 20 lbs of bad fudge hanging out in my kitchen, and you know what they say ... a liitle bit o' fudge is better than no fudge, even a bad fudge is better than no fudge, any kind of fudge is better than no fudge at all." .... it keeps calling me.

I know the questions to ask, but I don't know the answers. I'm like the nurse or whoever it is you see in the doctor's office who asks all the questions and takes your history.
