IF I was younger, and had property, I would have gotten a couple nigerian dwarf goats. I love fresh goat milk. LOL.

it is thicker than cows milk, as the cream doesn't separate. And the milk is a little bit sweeter.

One thing about goats, you can put up temporary fencing, in the wooded area, and let them eat down the brush. They love it. When I was a kid, I tasted fresh goats milk, and it turned me off cows milk. Now I have to drink cows milk, and I can't find goats milk, and I don't like pasteurized goats milk, doesn't taste the same.
