Granny's gone and done it again

I would totally take the massage!
They did deep muscle massage on me, Cap. I hated it. Massage is great. Deep muscle massage if they do it right really digs in. First time they did it I was in tears afterwards. Next go around I told them not so enthusiastic. They backed off a bit and it helped immensely.

I'm really interested in checking out this foot reflexology. The doctor explained it to me that they do some sort of pressure point/massage to relieve foot pain and that is supposed to help your knees also.

I told him I'd rather go through another round of PT first because my knees are getting really weak.

I tried a friends tens unit and I just have to say it scared the crap out of me. I have been electocuted one time too many and my heart and my nerves just dont like little "shocks". Thanks for all that info Chick. I wasnt thinking about nerves growing back once they deaden them.

They rarely get deep enough for me. Very rare that I get a massage that is too deep.

No problem, Granny. That was one of the main drawbacks for me with the RFA treatments. Nerves will find a way to rejuvenate. They only go after small nerves, no majors and yeah, they can have some side effects even with the small nerve treatments. And it can take up to three weeks before you feel any nerve 'deadening' after the procedure.

I'm sorry, nothankyouverymuchhaveaniceday sort of reaction from me. I will have to be a lot worse off than I am before I do that and yes, it may be down the road for me but I definitely don't want cervical fusion done unless it's absolutely positively no other choice sort of thing.

You poor dear. You have had a time of it haven't you?
