Hopefully my chicks will hatch tomorrow. It makes me feel better now that I know their due date is really tomorrow, instead of today. I just calculated it wrong.

When my kids got SS payments from their father, I did just as I was told by SS. Take the bills, divide them by the amount of people in the household, and take that amount from their checks, before anything else.

When I got SS FOR my daughter, I used that money for the bills. They cut it off when she turned 18

Sigh. Been a rough day. Got messaged by my sibling today - the oma (dads mom) had a sugar problem (she’s hardcore diabetic), the workers where she lives found her passed out on her bathroom floor with her sugars way high - so they called an ambulance. Turns out she has an infection, some kidney damage and when she fell she broke a bone in her neck. (She has had osteoporosis for years - where your bones just suck). They would need to do surgery on her to fuse the bones which they won’t do right now cause her sugars are ten kinds of winked, the infection, and all other factors...so she’s going to have to be in a brace thing so she can’t move her neck for a few months (if she makes it that long) and they’ll decide from there. They were talking dnr orders and all that so I’m not fooling myself to think it’s nothing.

she burned her bridges with me years and years ago but I know this is hard as heck on my dad so I worry about that. He tends to bottle things up.
At least the docs let them visit her in the hospital - so he and my aunt went, they let them in one at a time.

that was good but not $3.00 a can good. Robert buys it once in a while and I asked him what it taste like . He said it taste just like chicken noodle soup. Ummm, then why arent you buying chicken noodle at .50 c a can???
