I have some real butter I will cook them in. Just do the carrots and taters in the oven. I roasted once before and I cant remember what I used.

a little spray oil. Avocado, or what ever you have handy

Oh I will still roast mine sometime, I just use a separate dish from anything else.

If you hold the asparagus stick in the center and then snap the bottom end off it usually breaks right where the fiberous part ends. It's a good gauge on where to cut them.

I roast all mine in same pan. A full sheet pan, lined in foil. sprayed with avocado oil
