I watch a lot of cooking shows too .... I finally learned how to make a ganache and i'm dying to try it but can't think what to put it on. I'd like to do a boston cream pie, which is really a cake but I don't have any round cake pans.

I also found a chemical thats supposed to kill this algae . I remembered it from before but I couldnt use it then because of the shrimp. Its not sold around here of course.
