Granny's gone and done it again

ditto. Nothing like have a cramp on the ball of your foot and the instep at the same time.
I was having calf cramps upon awakening when I would stretch, yikes! Taking supplements now and it's gone/going away.

I liked the 40 breeder best and I believe that amano shrimp LOVE hair alge to eat.
yes they do. I cant find them around here. Even when we went to the big city. Besides that my track record isnt the best for shrimp.

arent they high energy though ? Not good Blue if you cant walk them.

they are high energy BUT also live to please so you can wear them out by playing fetch or just being with them in the yard. Mine come and go outside as they please.

I find a glass of milk really helps prevent cramps for me.

my dad swore if you put your shoes under your bed upside down you wouldnt have cramps. LOL Maybe the stretching ? When he died there were 50 pr of shoes under his bed.

True that. We had to walk Sammy on leash for MONTHS bc he was not good to come when called. Still not great at it, and likes to roll in stinky things. If a dog will come, won't be such a problem. Plenty of room to exercise here. I like "Velcro dog!" Gracie is not. She is always on front or back step, guarding the perimeter, watching for coyotes. Seldom at my feet.

I probably could not afford one anyway.
