I order it directly from E3 Live website. They have several options, I would recommend starting with the capsules and not doing powder or frozen. I have used the fresh frozen and it's great but nothing is as easy and convenient as the capsules. If you decide to try it please update me on how he does with it! I swear by this stuff now.
