Granny's gone and done it again

I like a little maple syrup in milk, warmed in the microwave. REAL maple surple, not the fake stuff. Will put me right to sleep.

I wish you were here to tell me that last night! I have real maple syrup. We don't have any of the fake syrup in the house. I don't like it.

I've warmed milk to sleep before but I've never added maple syrup before. I'll have to try that tonight.

I refuse to have a microwave in my apartment. After getting rid of the last one I did have, I stopped having nightmares of it exploding.
 
Drink lots of water! You don't want to get too dehydrated. That's the worst feeling and you don't want to feel worse than you already do.
Maybe you can sip a little clear soda you've poured the carbonation out of. Also, can you eat yogurt or drink buttermilk? When you have the squits, your body loses the "good" bugs needed to digest food. Yogurt and buttermilk help to replace them. Don't eat greasy foods or sugar until your tummy settles down. Chicken broth is good, and white crackers, but not many at a time.
