evening all.
So there was an outage issue with the cable last night, I "informed" the tech that would have been NICE/HELPFUL if the tech on duty had had a clue about that last night.
It was just some "idiot renter" who decided to pop the cap and unscrew the knob and changed the setting on the scald-guard with the no "hot" water in the shower.
BUT then that particular water heater decided to take a crap, could NOT get the pilot light to stay lit. So yet another new water heater went the local hardware store and got a "reliance" instead of the CRAP Richmond that Menard's carries. The heater I replaced had actually been installed July 10 of 2020. Got a discontinued model so saved $110.00 doing that and all repair/replacement parts are available and the 6 year warrenty starts today. The managed said don't worry about warrenty as "they" don't know its going in a commercial application.
