I cleaned more litter out of the coop, about half done now. And tacked another piece of hardware cloth over another window. 2 to go. I can't tack them on until I get all the trim done. So today I ripped boards and painted them. The weather was helpful, mostly sunny and low 60s for temperatures! But we will pay for it the rest of the week. 40 or below all the time. Ugh.

we are supposed to get another storm tomorrow w/ more snow and freezing rain.

The snow had stopped by the time we had to leave. Tom made Robert go w/ me. We had at least 7 inches in the driveway.

I said Made Robert go w/ me but Robert decided he was going anyway. He didnt want me out w/ just Tom.

Us too. The Kid got sent home from school at noon yesterday, was home all day today, won't have school tomorrow for sure, and likely won't have it the rest of this week. Temps in the low 20's.

We aren't getting or expecting quantities of snow, just ice, sleet, freezing rain. You know, road conditions guaranteed to keep you home if you have a lick of sense. Oh, and power outages as ice accumulates on power lines and branches that knock the lines down.
