Granny's gone and done it again

Robert never/hardly ever gets a home cooked meal. He is super picky and theres a ton of things he cant eat because of crones. He is very strict w/ his diet. I wish he was w/ the diabetes as well . Tom and I get those frozen meals that are just like home made. Most of them are pretty good But Robert eats junk.

Did I tell you I've reversed my diabetes by eating well? Tell him it can be done. He seems like the kind of person that can do anything if he puts his mind to it. He could do this. He might have to take a cooking class.

oh dr. told me today my arm looks like scrapes from the fish tank and not healing fast because of the blood thinners. Its not infected.

you would have to hog tie him to get him in the torture chamber. I think he knows this he just wont give the sugar up. He said he has sacrificed enough w/ the crones.
