Happy Valentine’s Day peeps. Sorry I haven’t posted on this thread a lot lately, I’ve just been busy and lacking motivation to do anything. A very weird mixture lol.

well I went back 5 pages and didnt find where I said the fish are in Indy. So probably tuesday delivery. What do you think the chances are they live? Thats a solid week.

Well I watched American Idol for the first time since Simon left. It was time passing I guess. Not the same for sure.
I finally rinsed the pea gravel and added it to the 40 gallon. I have been dreading that all month and it took all of 15 mins. Water is all cloudy again.
Robert and Tom both have been asleep for a couple hrs. now
No snow yet. Maybe its a big April fools joke a lil early. LOL Its not supposed to start til midnight. Its been a while since I seen 10 inches. If I could I would make a big ol snow man.

We complain about CA and all its problems, but at least where I live, winter is not one of them. We pay our dues during fire season.


Yes. I want them to see that even though they think they are handling the carbs just fine, they are probably heading in the wrong direction without knowing it.
He said the average person was getting 31 tsp sugar per day. 31 X 4.2 grams means people are eating over 130 g of carbs per day. I'm sure I was getting more than that before changing my diet.
