I don't like that. Had a rental car and I was trying to avoid a big pothole and the car wouldn't let me. I want to be in control of the car, not the other way around. I get annoyed when the car bings at me for not having my seat belt on... long driveway at the farm and need to get out for the gate. Don't need the car to tell me how to drive.

Huh, never thought of that! (Pothole) Sometimes the driver may actually know better than the car. What about other obstacles, a big rock, or a rabbit? A deer, a child? How does the car decide what evasive action to take if there is traffic behind you and in the other lane?

Nope cause they try to give me jury summons. I just send em back haha not American mofos back off.

Snow ain't supposed to stop them!! Neither is rain, sleet, or dark of night. Federal holiday stops them in their tracks!

Do they usually bring packages to the door?

One of my coworkers has a relation who works for Usps in Washington. They’re grounded too with some weather. They do call em off...they’re afraid of our road for cryin in the mud lol.

Our rental BMW is a pretty slick car. Has some very interesting features. Like you don't have to insert the key, you just push a button but the key needs to be in the car.

Ooh my truck has that. I love it. Key just lives in my purse don’t ever have to worry about putting it somewhere else.

I confess. I turn a lot of those nanny driving things off. The truck has a collision avoidance system that will alarm at you (and scare the beejeesus out of you!) for little to no reason and eventually will apply brakes etc. yeah after a couple false alarms I turned that crap off. The seatbelt alarm yeah. That’s annoying but oh well. Even more annoying when you have groceries or something on the seat and you have to “buckle it in” cause the weight registers lol.

cap yikes about the cars. Hopefully insurance doesn’t give you too much hassle.

had a weekend in the desert. Migraine on Friday, which sucked. Soo Saturday I still wasn’t 100% but I rallied. Hubs had the water pump go on his truck so his fun got cancelled early Sunday.

Furthermore, I have been sleeping on the sofa so I keep waking up to add wood to the fire. And I am behind on chores.... and gained 4 pounds recently. Ugh , just put me out of my misery. I think I should go out and check the young birds.... they might need water or even food, they're pigs. Good night Ladies, I am sure you have heard enough complaints.

I lived for a very long time w/o water in the house. I would sneak off to the creak or take sponge baths. My GM said she would wash as far up as possible, as far down as possible then she would wash possible . Hahaha That woman was something else

I am not so sure. I saw an ant in here today! Who knows what lurks? We had a huge honey bee hive in the wall when we moved in. Ended up with hundreds of mad bees in the house!

Exactly!

We didn't realize the rental even had the feature. When it first happened, I thought we were getting a flat and pulled off the freeway! Took some experimenting to realize you could out muscle the steering and keep control, but by then I was already in annoyed mode.
