Went out to lock up the pullets, who don't have an auto door, and checked on the older girls since you all got me worried about their auto door not working. All 8 of the mob inside safe and roosting, but an adolescent golden crowned sparrow was stuck inside! I helped it find a good perch... rather than clinging to the wire on the side of the run. Poor scared thing. Will have to wait until morning to find its family. Was too dark to fly.

We got a rabbit stuck in the coop, but never a bird.. haha

stupid animals. Heard a cat fight outside and went to help Binks when Bandit decided he could be better help. I managed to snatch him by the collar but his strength slammed me into the storm door. A yellow tom was the only one that got away unscathed.

Me too. I am on the second in the series. Listening to all my favorite books on audio. I have library card from San Fran, sacramento and Stockton. Three different library system.
