Cabbage soup is so good... I usually make it with cabbage, potatoes, and sometimes italian sausage, then whatever broth we have on hand.. chicken, veggie.. its a very simple meal, and its so good in the instant pot!

Granny, I saw the neck dr yesterday and am so glad I did. Using the CT scanner with me flat on my tummy and face he was able to find just the right place to inject the needle into a little space in my neck spine to inject an anti-inflammatory steroid. This has already reduced the pressure on the nerve roots that have been causing the issues down my arms, and the numbing, tingling and loss of strength and function in my hands! Not 100% but significant! So happy! May last forever, may need additional treatments. No one knows. I'll take it.

whatever you want, the only part that makes it cabbage soup, is the cabbage. I usually just throw whatever veggies we have in the Fridge at the end of the week in there

Moot point for this time anyway. Robert shredded the cabbage and I made cole slaw for tomorrow. We will have some sloppy joes.

Oh the picture of crocus is just mean. Still I am better off than my sister who lives in the interior of British Columbia. She sent me a picture of their laneway where the snow is 12ft high. I like snow but not that much.
