I tried it on over my clothes. LOL It rides up in the back. I am really broke out under there so I think I will wait til it clears some.

Kind of thought to point was to hold some pads in place to keep it dry. Too snug?

its not tight. It was rubbing a very raw spot. where the skin is cracked.

If it stayed down it wouldnt hurt. The bottom of the band rode up under my breast

Maybe I need those non stick pads now. I will try it again tomorrow . I am in for that long ride tomorrow to the pain clinic

I dont think they would give me something my dr just took away. I have powders, ointments... I think it will feel like wearing 2 shirts which is weird but hopefully doable.

I think my iron is still low. I helped Robert make some lamb and it was rare . I ate a small piece with the blood dripping down my chin. It was delicious !
