She doesn't lay

shes like 9 months old and not a single egg from her.

Could she be hiding her eggs?

Nope, I've searched the yard. She also is supposed to be laying bright white eggs, it would be hard to miss, since all my others lay light brown eggs.

I had a baby chick once I never did know what kind she was. She was solid white with 2 black dots on her. She got wry neck and died and I always wondered what she would of been like grown. She was the sweetest thing . Always happy to see me and wanting to be held.

I think those are California chickens, a mix of Leghorn and something else .
