Granny's gone and done it again

I love cabbage. sweet and sour , fried or just a million ways.
I had shredded it, and I fried it in a little butter and olive oil with some onion. I grated a little lemon zest over it and squeezed fresh lemon juice over it (cuts the smell), and when it was almost done I put a lid on it and let it steam a few minutes. It was still bright green when I served it.

Granny, you can cook a potato in the microwave in about 8 minutes. Scrub it, wrap it good in a dishtowel and cook 4 minutes. Turn it over and cook 4 minutes more. That's it. Butter and salt, yum.
