I know. I am famous for bottling up mine. But there is some truth to the saying. If you focus on the depression, it makes you more depressed. But if you channel your thoughts to more positive emotions, then it can help.

yeah, you have a point there. Dwelling is not good, facing them head on is! Facing them head on means assessing "why do I feel this way right now"? and trying to fix it.

I did aLOt of DPT therapy, and the whole basis of it was mindfulness. Why do i feel this way, how can I fix it?
