I was reading hamburger recipes last night and one said if you want them juicy to add some bread and milk together then mix it in. Kinda sounds like meatloaf to me.

I've never heard of that before. Ours always turn out fine the normal way on the grill. Would you eat em' medium rare? Thats usually jucier than well

I add a bit of steak sauce to the burger mix. Adds a bit more moisture and flavor to the burgers.

I will, Tom wont. Im not grilling today and it seems mine are always dry.
