Granny, we sometimes add breadcrumbs to turkey burgers, and it helps keep them moist. Never tried it with milk. I'm glad you tried it and even more glad that it came out good!

He didnt complain which is a first except the burger was too big. He liked the flavor of everything. I think the idea of the milk in the bread is so its not grease in there.

I had to look it up... milk acts as a tenderizer for meat. It's the calcium and lactic acid that does it.

Hu me too ! I just figured if it was already wet it couldnt soak grease up.

I did so much running today. Played baseball, and catch, tug of war, and I was challenged to many races. Now my asthma is bothering me.

Yes, way worse. I already have awful allergies.
