Oh this is much better. It gets rid of my headache and helps me sleep. I thin’ it’s is magnesium that helps me sleep. My blood test showed my potassium was low.

Mag. is also good for restless leg

I watched a movie this weekend where a family had a couple of chickens and were grateful for the eggs. Well, they cast the wrong poultry for the roles. Both chickens were young cockerels!
Wonder how many people would know that?
