Actually he just helped develop them. The ketochow people made them. They are very cool people. They have a YouTube live every morning. The guy that developed ketochow wanted something easy to stay keto. He developed it in his kitchen.

nope this is the one that caused them to shut down over 60 miles of Interstate 94.

There was also a fire on the outskirts of the city limits to the south. on friday.

Did a ham , baked taters and green beans and then home made wedding ring pickles and grandma's sweet pickles. This sat its scalloped tatters with ham.
