the last number is the amount of grease. so 80/20 means its 20% fat/grease before cooking

I always get 70/30 Then theres ground chuck but they dont tell the fat content .

The hatcheries were having trouble keeping up with orders last year. I guess it's the same this year. More people staying home... chickens have become even more popular.
