Did you look to see if the lower fang is still there?
If you don't know what the damage is, it's hard to say what to do.

Over the years I have found that most cat injuries (minor ones) will heal on their own.

Tissues in the mouth tend to heal quickly. I would just watch that it isn't getting worse.

Cap, the iris seeds you sent me are on their 3rd yr/spring . They are tiny and havent bloomed yet.

Iris from seed do take a long time.
