Granny's gone and done it again

it's shrimp alfredo---scampi is sauteed olive oil, garlic chopped fine, salt&pepper, parmesan cheese and white wine or broth. You cook shrimp first till almost done, take them out and make sauce in skillet then return shrimp to skillet---easy

OR butter in my case.
 
Oh, feeling clever this evening. Somebody must have got a good night's sleep!

not so much BUT lots and lots of napletts today. I sit for 5 minutes and off I go to the land of nod. Especially if watching a nature program narriated by Richard Attenbougho.
