My dr told me to get this product called melatonin 3. They have it at Costco but I am sure Amazon would have it.

They stay around a 1 or sometimes a 2 but that's on a bad day. Thanks for asking. It stinks living beside a gun range now , when we first moved here we all enjoyed it, but now it just hurts.

It sounds like you did good at the swap you are really good at selling your animals.

I can't take Melatonin because of my antidepressant medications.

Yes, and so exhausting! I went down to Turkey town and fed and watered the goats. Fed two coops of birds, the rest were ok. Checked the chicks in the Barnyard, gave water where needed and hobbled back to the house. One more chick died that made the trip. Gold laced polish, poor thing.

I guess what I mean is their not like shopping at Christmas at wal marts. They are of a different mind set. More laid back and full of smiles .
