We had unprecedented rain this summer after a 7 year drought and the rodent population skyrocketed. Everybody were having problems with rodents. My neighbor told me she went over one morning at about 9am to the local hardware store to get mouse traps and they were sold out and they only just put them out that morning.

OH him, well he will NOT take them until they are 3 to 4 years old and MUST weight 900 lbs each. Of course no "bonus" if they weigh more then that.

I need to take a picture of my iris if it ever stops raining. LOL

My iris opened today. I didn't get a pic. All purple, which is okay by me... I like purple.
Sure wish you all could share your rain. 2 counties over, there are red flag warnings... fire season is starting a few months early.

This rain is reaching all over . DH used to go through at least 4 pots before we moved, now he goes through unsweetened tea that way.

Mine dont have bloom and the leaves are about 1-6inchs tall. LOL

We brought the wx radio downstairs tonight and have it next to the bed. Expect any and all kinds of alerts, up to and including tornadoes. Quiet now, but ... Gonna be an interesting night!
