The problem was picking it up from where I had rolled it out on the counter. It was very floppy and did nit hold any kind of a shape. Sort of like cross betwen jello and a dead cat, lol. Then trying to maneuver it onto the hot pizza stones. Which did have corn meal on them.try sprinkling a little cornmeal on the peel or board under the crust it helps make the crust slide in SO much easier.

Thanks, I will.you can can your own apple pie filling as well, with homegrown apples in the fall.
