Me too. I used to give the chickens the heads with the seeds ..when.. I had my chickens. . I just placed them all. I'm pretty sick right now with c diff. Struggling to get rid of it. Other things too. Was worried that the chickens could have caused this because I was sick like this last year, but got well without meds. No diagnosis. Tried to figure out what I was doing the same as last year at this time. Hatching! Well, I didn't want to take any chances. No, I wasn't on antibiotics last year or this. Soo..yes, farm animals can cause it...I also have a compromised immune system..and ..I'm old! . I'll plant my sunflowers anyway. Love them!

Wild birds will love them!

You can get small ones to sit on the countertop. That's what we have.

Today I packed 24 eggs for shipping, went to PO, stopped at Bank, dollar store, and dumped garbage.
I had lots more I wanted to do, but so tired...fell asleep on the sofa. After hubby went to bed, I got up and went out to do chores.
Tomorrow I need to be at the Dr. office by 10 am. In Lynchburg, about an hour's drive. So I get to shop a bit after that.
Had to wait in line to get gas today. PIA

come to think of it, I think tigers and snow leopards are adorable, too ... and warthogs and pigs, which are prey animals, not so much. So there goes my theory. But in GENERAL ...!
