Even that little bit is a lot of work, my grandparents had a huge garden. Of course they didn’t have 7 dogs to take care of.

I'm sure they spent a good portion of the day working in it.

I might have missed something. (No surprise there!)
I was saying when manufacturer says the loppers will cut a 1" limb, they are talking about the diameter of the limb... measuring across the cut.
Measuring around (circumference) a 1" limb would be a larger number.

How cute! What is he?

Some sort of salamander. Not sure what kind. Tiny baby. We have some around that get a foot long. Don't see them much any more. Not many toads or frogs either. Too dry in the last 6-7 years
