Granny's gone and done it again

not a lick of breeze at the farm so called the sheriff's to let them know we were going to burn the pit. I worked on getting the "crap" collected from inside the quanset and hauled down to the pit and then Mike and I got the riding mower into the back of the pickup and about 6 to ?? # of old batteries loaded in and off to town to the recycling center we went. They have no problem with taking the mower once the rubber tires were off and the fluids all drained out. Got between 54 and 55 dollars for that load. There are also 8 to 10 less tires out there . Saved the ones off the mower for "projects' OR to hold salt/mineral blocks off the ground for the yaks.

Robert managed to take another "header"/fall today and then evidently called the ambulance, I was in town at the time. So far 5 cracked ribs and another MRI or ct scan to check on his hips.
Oh my goodness! So sorry to hear!
