Click "whats new" And then it says "news feed" a little bit down.. its basically a log of what all the people you are following are up to.

What makes me think this is a log of who I am following, and not just my notifications, is because I never visited or posted on the thread "does this make them a hardy ducks?", and "my experience with ordering chicks through purely poultry" But since I follow the people who made the threads/replied to the threads, I think that's why is in my newsfeed...
