Granny's gone and done it again

For most of us, our hair breaks at shoulder length or just below at night when we sleep on it. When mine was that length (middle of my back), I started wrapping it at night to protect it, and was amazed how quickly it grew. Wasn't long before it was waist length, then hip, then down to my fingertips. It was knee length when I finally had to cut it due to not being able to care for it any more (two shoulder surgeries). I miss it.

How was everybody's day? DH is on vaca this week. Today I made blueberry tarts with homemade lemon-lime curd for a treat in the middle of the day. Grilled summer squash, z squash and onions on a new indoor grill pan for lunch. So yummy! :drool

picked up the lobby window and got that re-installed. AMAZING the difference in how light the lobby is.

Ran a couple errands, and almost ashamed to admit it but I found PINK ear tags for any heifer calves. Already had the blue for the bulls.

Found a welder who is actually going to show up in the am and fix the Motel sign. He is an egg customer and is always wearing a welders cap, and today I actually put 2 and 2 together and then asked if he did welding and had a fitted out truck to do "remote welding'
