I don't eat pork, but it sounds very creative and like something the chefs on Chopped might come up with if they were given normal ingredients to work with. Sounds good!

Sorry I missed you Twist. Looking for a couple of chickens that are hiding in the barnyard. I have a Gold laced polish in the barn that I thought was a pullet. Then she stretched out and grew pointy feathers, so I figured must be a cockerel. Guess what? She laid her first egg today! Gotta love it!
My EEs did that 2 years ago. Every other day, I couldn't decide what they were bc of those pointy hackle feathers! Then four of them put on beautiful robes and started crowing. And chasing the poor girls! 😆 Ah, what lovely dumplings they made ...
