Lot of pain today. Tail bone pain. LOL The rain is getting to me I guess. Lost electric again today for a few hrs. Someone hit an electric pole.
How was your day?

I had PT on my neck again. Whew! Did not know there were so many neck exercises! He really worked me over today. I spent over an hour at AT&T, then pretty much crashed the rest of the day. Was sore! And grumpy. Thank goodness for Tylenol.

It's only my second session. Too early to tell if it will help or not. Ins requires PT as first line of treatment. Surgery last, other things in between.

My family has been ordered PT so many times. Tom and Robert both went through it a couple times but I declined. It helped them both.

PT works the muscles. But the problem is not in the muscles, it's in the bones. So I feel like PT just kinda fatigues the muscles to no good purpose. Eventually I suppose it will strengthen the muscles, maybe it will help, I don't know. I don't have neck pain. I have pain and weakness in my arms and hands, almost to the point of paralysis. I guess PT is worth a try. Maybe it will help.
