Granny's gone and done it again

PT works the muscles. But the problem is not in the muscles, it's in the bones. So I feel like PT just kinda fatigues the muscles to no good purpose. Eventually I suppose it will strengthen the muscles, maybe it will help, I don't know. I don't have neck pain. I have pain and weakness in my arms and hands, almost to the point of paralysis. I guess PT is worth a try. Maybe it will help.
would surgery help? I have had that same argument with drs before. They tell me stronger muscles will support the bad bones.

The problem is that the little hole in the center of the spine is closing off due to bone spurs. I think eventually they are going to have to go in and scrape those spurs. It's very scary bc it would be so easy to damage the nerves, resulting in paralysis. From the neck down.

Shudder.
