Well, it's our church day. And on the first Sabbath of every month we also have Fellowship Lunch, or potluck. We took everything needed for a dish we call haystacks. Just like taco salad only no meat, and you just set the ingredients out and everyone makes their own. We love 'em! My GirlChild (young adult granddaughter, who we raised) showed up and ate with us, then came home and spent the day with us, so that made the day really special. She's kinda the sunshine in our home, lol. Had a nice nap to good music, and went for a walk. After the birds settled down The Man and I went out and sprayed their legs with Permethrin. That stuff stinks, lol! So, a good day! How was yours?

Pretty good, came home to some sad news I would rather not get into much. But we had a pretty good day out. This week, I am trying to become better at time management. Monday is my start day. For weekends, I like to lay back on learning.

I am also awaiting a few books to come.

Yeah, I got sad news too, my ex passed away. He'd been battling cancer for over 20 years so it's a mercy he's not suffering any more I guess. He was a good man. A lot of people are going to miss him.

My news is no where near that bad…hope he was a true Christian…
