Going to Altavista tomorrow, I need chick feed. I have 12 chicks that the broodies hatched now. And I have no idea how many there are under all those broody hens.

Tastes even worse.

Did you get pictures of your chicks? What breeds? Guessing barnyard mixes?

Not familiar with that one. Don't think it grows in New Mexico, or if it does, it has a different name.

to smart to be sheep.

About 60 cattle and 40 goats. They like leaves, stinging nettles when small, I have seen them eat candian thistle blossoms, self medicate with wormwood
