we only have the chinese buffet now. They closed ponderosa down for good. I dont know where to get a good steak now.

I NEVER got a "GOOD" steak at either Ponderosa or Mr Steak or Bonanza.

Did you eat too much? I normally do at buffets

you just have to remind yourself that it is not a Challenge or competition BECAUSE they can always make more then you can eat.

nope not today BUT I will be on Tuesday. Driving the tractor and "topping" all the wormwood and canadian thistle in the big pasture.

not sure you can actually "fry" a good steak, Have you tried your broiler in the oven ??? Those can be pretty decent
