We have had 3 or 4 days of highs in the upper 80s, low 90s and now we're sad because the temps are going back up to normal, August temps.

what are normals?

my back is hurting worse. Shouldnt it be getting better?

It's not unusual for an injury to feel worse for three or four days before it starts to feel better. Has Tom or Robert looked at it to see if it's bruised?
