Sounds like when I got stomach flu...it lasted for about a week and several days. During the time, I kept craving watermelons, grapes, and oddly a subway foot long. Hope you recover!

Ummmmm you need to call your doctor. Diarrhea for 7 days leads to dehydration in our age group. The rapid weight loss isn't good either.
