How is Scooter doing Wishing?

He's doing fine. I've started taking him on my walks with the neighbor. He only goes one lap, but he's so excited to get out and smell all the smells!

Mystery mutt. Poodle/terrier mix maybe, about 20 lbs. He just showed up about 10 yrs ago and never left.
