Depending on what names the jerk called you (like if he was being sexist or racist) you could have a harassment case against him. Make sure your GM knows.

He was just being snarky, rude, and annoying. He mocked my every word, told me no over and over again, and he called me bossy and annoying SEVERAL times. He thinks he is better than me, and he can do whatever he wants. He's lazy and rude. This job requires us to ALL be working, as we have thousdand dollar hours with 4-5 people working. There is NO room for somebody to not pull their weight.

He sounds like a big baby! He's certainly not worth crying over, but I can imagine your frustration. I hope you don't have to work with him again.

GM has to cover his own a$$ and fire for good cause. Obviously he values your employment, so hopefully he will get rid of the fungus!

I love this, thanks! I cry all the time too. I try not to but it is impossible. Add: frustrated, moved, touched, sad, mad, surprised ... Oh poop, just put in any emotion and my eyes will be leaking over it, lol!

Trains, i'm sorry you had to deal with this selfish, immature yahoo. Maybe you could think of him as a test and in order to pass the test you have to ignore him and just do your job. Who knows, maybe the kid has Tourette's or something he can't control. Can you ignore the BEHAVIOR and still train him? Good luck, Sweetie.

Oh yes, I understand that. I am the same way about crying... it's a release, isn't it? The whole situation was ridiculously frustrating and I'm glad this one fungus (haha, cheepteach! ) wasn't the main cause for tears. I think it was good you got angry. Anger, used in the right way, like you did, can be a source of strength. Too many people internalize bad situations and take on the blame themselves. You assigned the blame to the appropriate parties and that shows you are a strong and self-assured person. Good on you!
