Mmmm. I like it a little under to start with. Then the next day, sliced thin and fried in really hot oil and made into a sandwich. Darn! Drooling again, lol!We undercooked/barely cooked the food yesterday. Then the dog ate rhe remaining steak. So we (as in only my mom) cooked it a little over today. I prefer overly cooked steak and perfect/barely cooked (but still cooked) potatoes.
