My yoga teacher called. She has covid for the second time, plus she was vaccinated. Her husband didn’t get it either time. There is a lot they don’t know. But twice! Vaccinated in between.

Mixed feelings about that. Dealing with renters can get sticky. Sometimes they don't pay the rent. Or they trash the place. Good ones are worth their weight in gold. We had a family that rented a mobile home from us. Lived there 7 years. Paid for the place four times over what we paid for it. But I've had bad ones too. Ugh. No fun.

Good ones are awesome. Bad ones are such a liability.

that is, for now. As a full time closer I do close 5 days a week. That means I don't get home till 11:45-12am ish. I'm about to start having to go right to sleep so I can wake up at 6am for school. Down time is about to be non-existant for me haha

So heres the story of a ring.
When my house in Mi. sold all the money went to movers and down payment. Except for a ring my DH bought me from Meijers. It was only like $75. but I loved it. I almost wrecked the car looking at my finger. haha Fast forward many years later and I did something really stupid. I pawned it to get food for my daughter and GKs. She didnt ask me to and didnt know thats what I did. I got $40.00 for it and have felt so bad about that ever since. I tracked the man down (he had moved on) and tried to find the ring but I was unsuccessful. Enter the ring I just ordered. Its the same stone(mystic topaz) and looks a lot like my first one.
I am pretty excited about it as yall can tell! It will never leave my possession .
The tracking thingy says its In production. No idea what that means though And now you know why I ordered it.

It’s goose’s birthday today!!! He’s a year old!!! Hubs is off for the week too for an overloading/off-roading adventure. Whoo!! So goose and I celebrated by walking down to tractor supply when I finished work where he got loved on by everyone he saw and the cashier serenaded him (and gave him waaay too many cookies! Good thing it was a 2.5 mile walk there and back lol)
