I have a pretty erratic sleep pattern. You just never know when I'll be up.

I actually took something to make me sleep and of course it didn’t work.

I slept good up until 3:30. Then that was it but I'll be taking a nap sometime for sure.

I’m definitely having a more relaxed day today compared to the past few.
But as far as sleep goes I’ll just do a take two tonight. In the meantime I will be stealing the full coffee pot.

I cant imagine living in Ca. w/o air. I would just die.

I would for sure. Coast isn’t so bad but we’re far enough inland.

Salad with avocado, bell pepper, tomatoes, and a HB egg. Yum


And getting more expensive.
Rates are scheduled to go up 18% in a couple of yrs.
