Granny's gone and done it again

Brought the dogs to the park today. Kiki has grown accustomed to it and also is great with recall. I need to work on her whining though, maybe @chickentrains knows how? Do I ignore her when she whines?

Hows the chicks?

Doing good. Last night as we were putting them to bed, the red light lamp broke! The bulb fell out, leaving the metal part, the threads, in the socket! So they had to stay warm through the night by huddling. We have them separated into two groups now. Tonight we got them a new lamp and light. We don't have a thermometer in there, we use @aart's method of regulating the temp by observing their behavior. Works great. Every time I checked on them today, for example, they were up and active, evenly distributed across the tub, eating and drinking. Happy campers!
